The faculty of Rainbow Institute of Learning, Inc. (RILI) received gifts, serenades, and thoughtful dedications from their students in celebration of World Teachers' Day, Oct. 5.
Each class offered a token to their respective advisers and subject teachers. They then recited a dedication which described how the token symbolizes their teacher. The program also included a mini-pageant for teachers and song and dance numbers to entertain the teachers. The pageant was participated by Ms. Ma. Trinidad Dela Cruz (Grade 1 adviser), Mrs. Cherry Barrios (Grade 2 adviser), Ms. Lia Bianca Samaniego (Grade 3 adviser), and Ms. Manilyn Morales (Grade 5 adviser). Mrs. Barrios emerged as the winner while Ms. Samaniego won the Students' Choice Award.
The short program was organized by the senior high school students and was hosted by Donnalyn Opinion and Carmela Joyce Padilla, both senior students from IV-Ruby.
