High school students waltzed in colorful gowns and decorated
masks during RILI's Gala Night as part of the school's 15th
founding anniversary.
Masks, gowns, and ties of different colors abound in the annual Gala Night of Rainbow Institute of Learning, Inc. (RILI) as part of the school's 15th founding anniversary celebration, Feb. 22. This is the 4th time the school has held this formal event.

The program started with the entrance of participants. Students from the high school department were introduced by masters of ceremonies Mr. Robby Torres and Ms. Rachel Dellosa. Participants entered with their partners and then proceeded to the center of the court for their cotillion.

School principal Mr. Daniel Ezra Añoso gave his welcome remarks followed by the president of the Student Council, Kenneth Cyruz Celso who also gave the class history of the senior class. After which, a slideshow presentation prepared by the senior class was shown while dinner was being served.

After dinner, contestants of the Search for Mr. & Ms. Gala Night 2013 presented themselves in casual and formal wear. They then presented their talents for the talent portion. Judges then asked them questions about varied topics such as family life and love life. Scores were then computed and Art Arguidas of Year IV and Frecanzie Nogrado of Year III were declared winners.

The program continued with the telling of the class prophecy by senior class president James Christian Espayos. After which, the key of responsibility were then transferred by Year IV representative Mark Donel de Patiño to Year III representative Kate Aprilyn Surbano. Students then lit up candles and sang their promenade song.

The program ended with a dance party participated by students and teachers alike.
