RILI CAT reaches out to less fortunate kids

A preschool pupil receives his gift from CAT corps leader James
Christian Espayos.
It felt like Christmas all over again for the less fortunate children of Brgy. Bukal, Pila, Laguna as they received a pack of school supplies from Batch Sambisig of the Citizenship Advancement Training (CAT) corps of Rainbow Institute of Learning, Inc. (RILI), Jan. 12.

Batch Sambisig leader James Christian Espayos said they wanted to give back to the community by helping less fortunate children in the preschool levels.

The CAT corps solicited school supplies from private individuals that preschool children will be needing for the coming school year. This is in time with the Department of Education's (DepEd) early registration program which encourages parents to register their child early so that public schools will be better prepared for the incoming students.

The gift-giving activity was organized in cooperation with Brgy. Capt. Adelaida Esplana, Day Care Center teacher Ms. Dyna Basco, and RILI CAT adviser Mr. Robby Torres.
